Description

The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding for new employees, including document preparation and orientation
  • Help manage employee records and maintain HR databases
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Support in employee engagement activities and surveys
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
